Returns30 Days to Return: You can return your items any time within 30 days from the date of purchase for whatever reason, as long as the product is returned in its original condition, undamaged and unused. On the day we receive the items back to our warehouse, we will check them in and then issue a refund. Unfortunately we cannot refund the postage, unless the return is a result of our mistake. Damaged or Faulty Goods: If the goods are damaged or faulty, please send them back to us. When we receive the product back, we will instantly send out a free of charge replacement or issue a full refund. Exchanging Items: We are happy to exchange any item if the colour or size proves to be inappropriate. With all exchanges we will ask for £3.57 to cover the cost of postage and admin and we will also ask for the difference in price where applicable. As mentioned above, anything returned to us must be in its original condition, undamaged and unused. How to Send an Item Back: Please contact us to get a Returns Authorisations Number. Carefully package the item and remember to include a note with your name, phone number, order number and Returns Authorisation Number in with the item. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires signature upon delivery as the item still belongs to you while it is in the hands of the postal system. Please also mark your Returns Authorisations Number on the outside of the packaging. |
