Shipping Information

Delivery Time:

We aim to despatch all orders within one working day so you should have your EzyDog order within 2 to 4 days, however this can take longer when Royal Mail is experiencing heavy volumes of post.

UK:

Orders under £40.00 are sent by Royal Mail at a cost of £3.57 and will take 2 - 4 days to arrive. 

Orders over £40.00 will be sent by Royal Mail free of charge. 

For a quicker delivery select Courier.  This will cost you £6.64 and your order will be delivered typically on the first working day after collection from our warehouse.     Orders placed after midday on Friday will generally be delivered on the following Tuesday.   However for the Highlands and Islands expect to wait 3-5 days. Please be aware for our courier service a signature will be required on delivery.

Europe:

All orders to mainland Europe countries within the EU will be charged at £7.66 and the goods will be sent by Royal Mail Airsure.

Please remember that once your goods are in the hands of the Royal Mail there is nothing we can do to expedite the delivery.
